At the crossroads of art, design and craftsmanship, she explores traditional knowledge and savoir-faire in the light of innovative technologies and processes. Her work breaks down the boundaries between arts, practices and crafts, which she reunites within a multiple and complex creative approach, a total and protean art: the Unified Arts.

Flory leads an emancipatory reflection on manual practices, raising textile and craft techniques into a "counter-power" in order to transgress their historical and sociological legacy: it means fighting for free creation with its own weapons, those of craftsmanship.
