This piece is part of a series of ornamental works questioning the idea of an architectural second skin, in which the covering is conceived as a sculpture in its own right.
An illusory protection, this soft armor forms a delicate membrane around the glass wall. The clustered, embroidered silk bubbles come to life with the fluctuations of the air, and through their movement they reveal the angels' share.
This air cushion, a fragile paradigm, deceives the eye's perception and invites us to apprehend the work through the senses, beyond sight.
